Description

Peru is the largest exporter of organic Arabica coffee globally. With extremely high altitudes and fertile soils, the country's many farmers produce specialty varieties of the highest level.

During the 1990s, the growth of ethical sourcing policy gave new life to Peruvian cultivation and provided much-needed investment in farms and infrastructure, creating a renaissance of coffee production in Peru.
