How is a Direct Trade purchase organized?

We define the quantity, quality, price, and packaging with the seller, then manage the logistics until delivery in Italy.

What are the payment terms?

For the first two orders, advance payment is required. From the third order onwards, we offer 30 days of financing.

Do the prices in the price list include transport?

The prices listed in the price list do not include transportation costs from our warehouse to yours. This means that the transport cost will be added to the €/Kg value indicated in the price list. Contact our team for a quote!

How does coffee delivery work?

The buyer can manage the delivery internally or request a quote from Esperanto. In this case, the transport cost will be added to the prices listed.

Once the order is placed, how long does it take to receive it?

Once the order is placed, the coffee will leave the warehouse after two working days. For specific details, we recommend contacting the Esperanto team directly.
